I broke my left wrist at the end of July and it’s been honestly terrible. I had a plate and screws put in and a major tendon repaired. At this time I cannot bend or flex my wrist which is why we haven’t done other positions or kinkier shit. However!! I am regaining flexibility doing PT and trying to get content up! 🥰
