Talking about sex should be fun but absolutely can be triggering. Think of going on a vacation. Also fun. But if you don't have some things in place it can be hectic and triggering as well. Really communication is key but that feels redundant to say. So here are some ideas: Bathroom visit Shower A warm wet wash cloth to clean up with Water or beverage of choice A snack Snuggles Falling asleep together or giving them space to rest alone A back rub (not massage) Head rub A conversation about what you liked or what the person did well. A great time to pump eachother up Say thank you You probably have done some of this. But does he or she just leave the room? Do they ignore you after? Do they not say a word? These can lead to an awkward breakdown of how you feel about being in the act.
