

Sweet little breakfast of mine!π My weekly schedule the next couple of monthsπ Monday-Friday: π05:00-07:00 Cardio, breakfast and getting ready for work. π07:00-17:00 Work and travel π17:00-17:30 Snack and preparation for gym π17:30-19:00 Gym time! π19:00-20:00 Shower, dinner and preparations for next day π20:00-21:00 Last meal, posting some daily updates here and on some days there will probably be a quickie with the camera before bedtimeπ π π21:00 - 05:00 Sleep, Sleep and Sleep *Workouts are 4 days per week so if I have a rest day mid week I will create some new content Weekends: πI often work on Saturdays as well but it's a bit more relaxing and also from homeπ Otherwise I try to just chill and maybe do some fancy stuff like laundry and meal prepπ And if I'm in the mood I try to create some more exclusive content which often takes a bit longer. πSundays are usually spent editing and uploading. You probably think that the content I do is just recording and uploading but sadly noπ Some videos takes hours and hours to record and edit in totalπ But they will hopefully last forever and you seem very happy as soon as I create something a bit more unique and that makes me very, very happyπ₯°π₯° Kisses!
