I'm recovering from a (minor) surgery I had done yesterday (not plastic surgery lol) and today I still don't feel 100% and I'm choosing to rest, I can't even workout the whole week which makes my routine sucky...
Unfortunately I won't be streaming today, so hopefully we can do that tomorrow! and if you've got a custom on the waiting it is coming soon trust me, and you'll love it.
