I spoke with them Monday and they said the car will probably be done later that day and that they'd call. Didn't hear anything Mon/Tue and it took me 6 hours and 13 calls to freaking get through to them on the phone today.. Turns out the car's TCM is intermittently failing so they're waiting on some electric tech car guy to come out and hopefully fix it. But it's not going to be done before Wednesday next week... I was sooo hoping to have it back by tomorrow :( Made an oil change appointment for Saturday too, which I moved to next Saturday and really hoping I get my car back next week D:
