I made sure to take a few breaks throughout the day to stretch and get some fresh air. In the evening, I decided to take some selfies. I don't usually do it very often, but I was feeling pretty good about myself and wanted to capture the moment. I played around with different filters and poses, and it was actually a lot of fun. I ended up posting a few of the selfies on my social media, and I got a lot of positive feedback from my friends. It was a nice boost to my confidence, and I'm glad I took the time to do it.
