I’m not a fan of my feet, at all 🤣🤣 but I live in an area where I do not have many options for grounding (having your bare feet on the earth to ground and stabilize your energy) and today, to honor the new moon and new beginnings, I made myself find a patch of earth so that I could get grounded.

And I know there are probably a few people who enjoy all feet, even these ugly mugs 🤣🤣

If you happen to be interested in grounding…

It helps if you close your eyes and imagine the energy flowing into your feet from the ground, up through your spine, out the top of your head, then flowing ALL around you entering the ground and back up into your feet. Feel yourself absorbing the energy into every bit of you and visualize the flowing field you have created around yourself 🤩 if you are focusing enough you will feel your energy shifting, once you feel it has stopped and found its resting place, open your eyes with a nice inhale and large exhale 💪🏻

Now that I am officially dirty, lol it’s time for a shower…
