Added 2024-11-04 09:08:02 +0000 UTCThis was me while away on this acting job on one of my few days off trying to get my ass into gear and do a workout… as you can see I wasn’t overly enthused…🤣 I don’t know about you but I NEED to workout to stay sane but the thought of STARTING the workout sometimes is just abhorrent… I LOVE a weight session in the gym but these high intensity interval training workouts I’ve been forcing myself to do are SOMETHING ELSE. And you know how much I love cardio… 😝
