I havent had a bad day in a bit! Which I'm very happy about. I feel myself slowly but surely getting better. Coming from a really dark time where everyday felt like a bad day, to having only a few a week. To now, the good fat out weighing the bad! I'm proud of myself and how far I've come 💗 and its just gonna keep getting better.
