


Alright so life update! My whole schedule I've written out for myself has not worked. Like at all. The only thing I've stuck to is when I did laundry. Which is lovely, and I've kept up with laundry. But besides that it hasn't helped my anxiety at all, probably because I didn't stick to it but nonetheless! Ive also been so so stressed lately because of all the kitty nonsense. But my living room is nearly empty now since we moved the couch out, so hopefully thatll no longer be an issue. Im going to try to something else and start with smaller baby steps, rather then trying to change the whole big ass picture. I did a good job having the mentality to divide things up to feel less overwhelmed. But Im still having a hard time sticking to the habits I'm trying to form. Sooooo going a bit backwards from the big schedule, im going to try for smaller more doable goals, with a lil reward attached to consistently doing things. Cuz were all like kids and dogs right? Rewards work lol There is so so much research out there on how habits work, and that basically your whole life is just formed around your habits. You can't really change your habots easily at the drop of a hat, but you can change your habits in time and more easily with a system which should in turn change everything! I know this all gets a bit deeper and more difficult with depression and mental health added in, but im hoping by switching these few small things that I'll be able to do better, and feel more successful everyday. So here's my old list and schedule and then also my new one! If you wanna join me and try and change some habits, message me, or just comment. We can hold each other accountable. So here's to trying something new, and then trying something again and again until finding something that works for you. I've been stumbling for a long time. But damn it, I'm trying! And im going to keep trying until we figure something out that works 👍 I can be a badness content creating and streaming gal with good ass online friends and habe healthy lifestyle habits all while still having healthy friendships and a healthy relationship 👍 that's the goal, so let's figure out what's gonna work the get there lol
