


Vitamin goal!!! 💊 I've been doing so so much research to what supplements I should be taking. And I've finally settled in a probiotic, and iron, b vitamin complex, and vitamin d! I'm hoping a lot of this will alleviate how shitty I feel sometimes too, my bl00d work said I need vitamin D and some iron for sure. But with all my other symptoms I think I narrowed down a good lil vitamin regimen 😊 So I started a goal if anyone would like to help out, I do have a *not yet released* video to send to anyone who tips towards this too 💗 thank you so much to anyone who helps out!
