So I washed my face real good, and lathered on some moisturizer. And am in some good comfy clothes. I've been trying so so hard to relax. Truly just take a damn deep breath. And my mental health really needed it. My body needed it as well, this shark week was no good 👎 We're on the tail end of it though, so im HOPING, all fingers and toes crossed, I'll be online tomorrow. But im going to do a long check in on here and snapchat tomorrow. For myself, and for you all, to see where I'm at. But at the very worst I will be online on monday 😊 shark week will for sure be gone by then. I hope youre all doing good. And are drinking enough water and eating some good food too. I miss you all with my entire heart ❤️
