I’ve spent the last 10 years studying programming for trainability, biomechanics, and functional nutritional. Many of my clients come to me with their health in shambles and it’s great to have the tools and protocols that utilize training and nutrition to not only improve their physique, but more importantly, their health. I’ve been extremely athletic for most of my life and i wouldn’t be who i am without it 💓
