What follows is a comical yet extreme transformation as P.T. Bulk Buster can't stop chugging, despite feeling bloated and swollen. Each gulp adds to his massive water bloat, and soon his trim figure becomes unrecognizable as his belly expands to impossible proportions, sloshing with every move.
