I asked if he was from company X and mentioned their main rival which has a similar name. Very embarrassing. Tried to awkwardly laugh it off while my client/ co-worker said I should say nothing for the rest of the training session. Damage done lol. Wow. I really know how to upset people. I did say this is probably my last corporate gig lol. I’m adjusting my mind to go full time hog and leave all this normal mundane type of work behind.
