I eat a lot of soft food so I can swallow and fill up at high speed - scrambled eggs, omelettes; noodles, pasta, tender, succulent chicken breasts drenched in butter, hot dogs, beans, fried rice, chips, pancakes and ice cream. I also have liquid calories by melting ice cream into coffee and having lots of fattening drinks or soups. Fresh donuts can go down very fast. I make sure I have munchies on a regular basis cos my appetite needs the boost. Taking vitamins helps with appetite, and digestive enzymes might do something but at least there’s a nice placebo effect when I take them. I have anti acids for when the food starts to come up when I don’t pace myself properly which happens more often than I care to admit. I need to make videos showing how I make my favourite mass gainer shakes, mostly so I can remind myself when I become a mindless piggy and lose focus.
