Supposed to be two workouts a week for 6 weeks but I'm fat and lazy and a bad procrastinator, and had two other online courses I'm doing plus full-time work at the gym plus trying to train myself in powerlifting and bodybuilding so I kind of push these workouts aside and now I've been crushing them all in the week before my flight... I'ma die lol
