I’m in so much pain and I’ve never had a pinched nerve but my friends are saying that’s what it is and I’ve been trying for the last hour and a half different things from tiktok and nothings working 😭 I can barely move my head 🥹 if anyone has any suggestions pls lmk and if not, I will try again tomorrow because I’m determined to make this content.
