Ratchet, a Leader in the field of medicine and not afraid to use his fist as pain relief to knock out his patients as he would call them "Big Robotic Babies" Through out the years of working beside other medics from Velocitron, Animatros and Cybertron he took a special liking to the reckless smart-mouthed Knockout, though they have different views on the Political Classism that takes place there on Cybertron Ratchet believes that Peace and uniting together without the violence is necessary. They may be apart but Ratchet loves Knockout with his spark and knows there is good in him and respects his decision. Together on the battlefield they are a power couple while being on opposing factions
