My only major “hobby” outside of drawing chickens and watching Star Trek is developing my holistic psychedelic therapy protocol for self-led treatment of CPTSD and other trauma responses. Ive had 35 clients all with stabilized results since opening it up to friends 2 years ago. The typical time span before needing to revisit treatment with traditional psychedelic therapies for complex trauma is 18 months.
So far, that isn’t the case for my method, which was built off my family’s indigenous practices and my background in early development/psychology and parasympathetic regulation methods. My own results have been stable since 2021!!! It’s all so exciting but so specific and dorky. I can yap your head off about the bio mechanics of how it all works.
Now that I am feeling better, I will go back to being silly and figuring out how to connect with everyone in my own way. ❤️😘❤️😘❤️
