Since I was able to do the split with one leg, I now practiced the other leg even more intense because I want to learn all 3 splits not just one and so now Im not anymore down to the ground but almost with both splits. I’m not angry about it. It’s just how progress works- sometimes you have to go a step back to come even further with a jump forward instead.
