I had to have an mri scan on friday, and ive been abit overwhelmed since.
For those who dont know, i have struggled mentally & physically for the past few years. I have agoraphobia, a panic disorder, very bad anxiety. Also mri scans are just one of my fears, i dont know why. Im not good with noises(misophonia) & i get very claustrophobic. Since my mri scan ive kind of hibernated myself as im struggling & panicked over it. Which has now triggered my acid reflux to a point where if i lie down on my side i can feel acid pouring out of my mouth its horrific. I cannot lie on my back or be propped up because of my spine. Basically its all going wrong currently and i dont deal with stressful situations like “normal” humans. It impacts me quite strongly. I will get back to messages asap. If you’ve bought extra services then theyll be done asap too!
Genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for the guys who have been literally by my side through all of this shit. You guys will never know how grateful i am to you who stay subbed here and just appreciate my older posts and are understanding that while i’m not able to post as much some times, i need your support more than ever
