




So my scale seems to be broken! It's going the opposite direction I want it to. 😅
Seriously though I haven't been putting in as much active time as I should be. I've been getting terrible sleep at night. I think its a combination of still listening for the offspring, anxiety, and James snoring. I'm going to be wearing my smart watch more at night to record that and then charge it in the morning after I wake up. I'm also going to be experimenting with going to bed earlier, getting off my devices earlier, meditation, and smoking. Something has to help in the end right?
Theoretically, if I get better sleep I will be more likely to wake up earlier. If I wake up earlier I can do something quite like yoga in the morning to burn those extra calories I need to.
