The words “there is bravery in being gentle” are on this shirt and were a great reminder for me today all through the day.
I went to acting class with my respite patient and we had a good time. I’m learning to surrender to whatever unfolds before me and use it as a creative opportunity rather than an obstacle to get over with lol
