Often times I like to wear this kind of shaping garment at home because it will keep my waist tighter (like a corset) to help me eat less and stay in good shape.
I am not sure if you knew this or not. but some women’s shape wear because they are tight and not easy to remove, the crotch is often cut out for convenience.
