This is me at my most raw state right after waking up, so enjoy my bedhead and sleepy state of existence, hehe. I move the camera angle a few times so you can get a full view of what I'm doing and what my body looks like during this energizing morning flow that I found on YouTube and did in the middle of my living room before my roommates woke up.
