My surgeon went to operate but once he was in, it was found to be too complex of a tumour to remove than they had anticipated. So a biopsy has been taken to determine what exactly this thing is and how serious it is. I am also awaiting more blo0ds and an urgent MRI, then we can come up with a solid plan of action. Hopefully a second attempt will be made asap as I just want it out 🙏🏼 I am trying to remain as positive as possible but I am honestly so upset and devastated that this didn’t go as planned. I woke up from the anaesthetic thinking all went well and I was absolutely buzzing it was over (and off my face) as no one had informed me otherwise..then my surgeon came round a few hours later to tell me that it wasn’t successful and they couldn’t take the tumour 😭 ..So I’m calling this surgery a test run! I will get through this guys, if there’s one thing that I’ve learnt whilst being on here, is that I am strong and capable of way more then I think I am! Thank you for all your surgery well wishes, I am sore af right now but at least I know what to expect for the second time round! I just can’t believe this has happened tbh 😔
