One of my biggest challenges has been something I’ve not had to deal with before and that’s anxiety. Don’t get me wrong, I have dealt with part of it in the past but I have never been crippled with anxiety that I’ve not been able to go out.
It’s a little vulnerable putting it out there but connecting with people and talking about it, making it less of a täboo, then it feels less of a giant burden I am carrying alone.
I have only had wonderful experiences with my fans and you are all so caring. So let’s try and make our worlds a nicer place to be. Give a compliment to someone that you see, they’ll carry that with them all day and if it’s a bad day, your compliment has the power to change that. Let’s be kinder to ourselves. You are a human and humans makes mistakes but we grow, we learn, we adapt and change. Inspire your little world with positivity and kindness, just like hopefully I’ve inspired you.
