Chest back routine and the weights on the machines I used today instead of a notebook. January I was sick 2 weeks. Recovery week 3 amd took the Mexico vacation week 4.
June July I am going to plan a Cancun vacation. But want to shed the stomach as much as I can. Going to make it a goal to keep the weekday weight loss momentum on weekends. No soda candy or fast food Friday or Saturdays to gain. 5lb a month should be easy but if I keep the weekend off too 10 is doable and I’ll get really fit combined with weights and cardio
