The article explained a lot to me. Heavy lift days I will gain more overnight from water retention to help with muscle toning and growth. Which like last week was the first few days. Then later in week I did lighter routines and more cardio so I had less overnight and more loss after the gym too. I also talked to a trainer. I average only 1200-1500 calories a day when I should do closer to 2000. And I’m only doing 90-110 protein when it should be around 200-235 grams. So I added tuna today and tomorrow I’ll add a morning protein shake and see if that has better results. I also drink near a gallon of water which is almost 8lb.
Still a good day. I gained 7. But lost 5 and put me at 20lb down for the month. Test of week is heavy cardio light weights. So my weight should go down more. Making little changes as I go to keep from gaining as much overnight.
