I was over 200lbs at 5’4.
The photo on the left is when I started liking myself again. I had already lost the first 20lbs. And I was starting to feel more confident.
That was three years ago 🥰
I sit at 135-145lbs, depending on the day and what style of training I’m doing!!
I know this site is for… other things 😉😈
But at the end of the day, I made all my pages to inspire.
If I can do it, so can you.
So get your “why”s in order, and show up for yourself ☺️🫡
