She's literally at her fattest ever, you start to think that she must be pregnant because it's difficult to imagine that a round gut like hers is all pure fat. She feels observed and embarrassed and tries to cover her obese body, she even puts her hands on top of her gut like a pregnant lady would, but it's not true, she's just a big fat whale.
