You don't need physical preparation for that. So she decides she wants to practise a little bit of yoga. Puts on some sport wear and starts imitating a class from youtube. The girl on the screen is fit and skinny, just as Carmen a year ago. But now she's obese and gets out of breath at the very first minute. (the moans and screams she does in this clip are totally real, she's really very out of shape!)''
