That therapist was so cruel and evil! But now, Carmen is so fat that she needs some massages from time to time. Her chubby knees hurt and her massive gut makes her really heavy. So she decides to go to the spa hoping that the evil therapist won't appear. Bad luck Carmen, she's back to laugh at your gut. At first the evil therapist doesn't recognize her, but when she undresses, she starts to remember Carmen. She gets shocked, "You was fat, but now you are way fatter! Hahaha". Carmen feels very embarrassed, but she's already laying on the stretcher and is too fat to stand up and leave. The therapist massages her and grabs her big gut.
