I have to be honest though, I definitely feel out of shape when it comes to breaking since I don't do it regularly at all anymore (pretty much only for videos and the last one was a year ago😬) and I could really feel it while doing this video. Maybe I'm also just getting old lol, but I also got motivated recently to train more breakdance again since it would also be sad to completely unlearn it, so hopefully I can deliver some more dynamic sessions after getting in shape again soon!
