Something a little random. Like I mentioned in another post not too long ago I am struggling a lot with motivation rn, especially when it comes to working out I had one of my worst months in recent years this october. I was thinking about a way to change it and I figured the best thing to do is again to post about it to not just set goals in my head, but to put more pressure on me by telling you about them too. I don't think too many of you would actually care, but in my head it still motivates me more to not dissapoint you so to say. Also I usually hate to make content when I'm not feeling like I am in my best shape and a lot of times just won't because of that. But for a progress video it actually makes sense to show myself in not my greatest shape and get motivated to work on it! The plan is to have a full body work out 5 times a week, starting from today for atleast 1 month, posting a video like this everyday that I am working out. On top of that I will try my best to have a good diet to take enough carbs and protein everyday so I am actually able to gain muscle mass. I was thinking that could be a fun little experiment for all the people here who are also trying to get into a better shape, to see how much someone who is doing sports his whole life can actually change with consistency and determination. Also I will see that as bonus content, that I will probably not post anywhere else. Doing this will not change anything about the frequency of my other content, it will just be a small extra on top! I am curious myself if I will see some noticable change at the end of the month. Let's do this!
