


Just a few selfies I took today:).
From tomorrow on I will start to post my gym progress here again. Turns out december was the wrong choice to do it, because of unexpected travels, I got super sick for a few days and obviously christmas. I still managed to go to the gym whenever I could, so I guess it worked to motivate me, but this time I really want to go through with also capturing the progress in a nice way and not abandon it so early again😅. New rules will be that I make a progress video every 3rd day and I will try to have a full body work out atleast 4 times a week for atleast 2 months!
And I also have something nice planed for friday which I haven't done in a long time. Stay tuned!
