

Passive Range of Motion (ROM) of the Leg.
Firmly support the leg at the back of the knee and the sole of the foot. Then slowly take the hip through its ROM. Feel for and respect the body’s resistance. Passive ROM is great for the joints because it triggers the production of Synovial Fluid, our joints natural lubricant. 💦
