This is an example of a traditional chest massage. It includes friction, petrissage, knuckling, and super stroke. We cover all of these strokes in the Intro workshop. But until you are able to join us, grab a buddy and practice at home. As far as lubricant goes, coconut or olive oil work best. Apply lightly. You want there to be some drag and traction on the skin and muscles. Coming soon will be a demo combining the traditional with the erotic in the context of a chest massage.
