Here is an example of a Nipple Play solo session. I slowly cycle through the different strokes: Pettrissage (kneading), Palming, Closing Circles, Pulsing, Toggling, Pinch and Flick, Flicking, Knuckling, Cupping, and Pettrissage. Just as you would do chanting mantras, pause in between each to allow the energy flow. Remember to breath deeply throughout. This sequence is a great prelude to a Tantra Edge session. Or it can be a stand alone practice to energize and open the heart. And if you are one of those guys who thinks your nipples aren’t “wired,” practice this sequence for a couple of days and then thank me. ✌️
