Who doesn’t need an easy to perform, yet powerful practice to focus and center? I teach Toning the Sacred Vowels toward the beginning of all of my coaching sessions in order to achieve this state of being. It opens our central channel between our Cock and our Crown, and is a great way to prepare for a Tantric Edging session.
The Sacred Vowels are believed to be the very first form of vocal communication human beings practiced. Each Vowel resonates with a different zone of the physical body:
OH- Base
AH- Heart Center
AY (as in “hay”)- Throat Center
OOO- Mask of the Face
EEE- Crown of the Head
As you tone each Vowel bring your awareness (your attention) to its corresponding Zone in order to increase the resonance there.
You can work your way up and then move on to other practices, or if you have more time, work your way up and then back down.
Toning the Sacred Vowels creates an unobstructed path for the energy in our cock and balls to travel up to our heart and beyond to our head. So as I said above, it is a great prep practice for a Tantric Edging session.
But Toning the Sacred Vowels can be used anytime you need to focus and center. It is also a great conflict resolution practice for couples. Just sit facing each other and tone the Vowels together. The energetic harmony you cultivate will open the door to resolve any issue the two of you have been struggling to begin to heal together.
In addition, if you want your hook ups to be more meaningful, as in, a legit connection even if it is just a one off, tone the Vowels together before the action begins. It may not make you want to marry each other (or maybe it might), but it will definitely forge a bond that will make for a hotter, more satisfying experience.✌️
