When two individuals cultivate and share sexual energies it creates a very powerful force that if focused can help heal the world. So at the beginning of a session, set an intention with your partner. It can be something personal like recovering from an injury or sickness for yourself or someone you love, or it can be something universal like a world free of hunger or fear, or universal peace. I have a long time bodywork client who always sets the intention for our sessions so that our mutual touch creates the space for men around the world to be able to touch each other with care and kindness and not violence. Whatever you choose, the important thing is to choose something to lift up with all the good vibe the two of you generate together.
