Today NPR devoted an entire hour taking a deep dive into exploring sex work as real work. It was a thoroughly researched and well presented story; gay, straight, and trans sex workers were interviewed. It certainly feels like the public’s attitude and perspective toward sex work is changing and evolving.
Sex workers are the ambassadors to a society that transcends negative messaging about sex and instead embraces and celebrates one of the most powerful, healing, and life giving acts we as human beings can engage in.
