I filmed this scene exactly a month ago and was saving it to share on a significant day. This morning I woke up and realized that today was the day. Valentine’s Day seems like the perfect day to share my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your support. Many of you have been subscribers for over two years now. You have followed me on this journey and kept my studio afloat during some very challenging times for all of us.
Valentine’s Day is the holiday of the heart. The Latin root of the word heart is “Cour.” It is the same root of the word “courage.” Through your love and support, you guys have helped me find the courage to share these teachings on a much wider scale. Before you guys I was only brave enough to share this work one on one or in small group sessions. Because of you guys I now feel empowered to put it all out there, shame free and strong. I know the world needs these teachings. I know that I can only offer them if I truly embody what I teach. This opening up is part of my personal challenge. Someone once said, “We practice for our students. We teach for ourselves.” I’ve been practicing these techniques for over 20 years. But teaching them at the level I now find myself is what has truly helped me grow as a human being. So on this day, I say thank you. Thank you for the encouragement (there’s that root, “cour” again). We are all “in-courage” together.💙
