Wellness Wednesday: Improving Balance

Some things to remember after watching the video:
Do this practice everyday, maybe several times a day.
Do both sides (I only demoed one side to keep the vid simple).
Spend 1-2 minutes on each side.
Your eyes are focused on that point on the wall at eye level.
Progressively step further and further away from the wall, each week taking a step back about a foot from the wall until you are at least 7-8 feet from the wall.
Give it a try and watch your balance improve.💙
