What to expect:
The class will go through a series of practices based on yoga, meditation, sensate focus, and somatic experiences. For the most part, your cameras will be off because I want you to focus on your own experience. I will be visible to help guide the class.
You can expect self-touch-based meditation, deep breath work, pelvic floor exercises, and intellectual exploration based on the perception of sex and your body.
