Here’s a clip of me dancing in the wind and with the cactus as we played a game I like to call “Dangerously Sexy” as I dance nude in only my boots, on uneven rocky ground, with the cactus and try not to get poked 😝🫠💀🌵
Silly Fact: I pull over randomly on highways or not heavily trafficked roads and dance outside my van on the side of the road as a means of release, stretching, and because sometimes the song is so good I have to pull over because jamming out in the van while driving isn’t cutting it! Movement, music and dancing are medicine to me and so healing to me. What sets your soul free and feels energetically and physically healing to you?
