This doctor has been amazing for the past 4 sessions so I felt like I found the right one. Stress from work amongst other things I found myself in a weak moment of almost falling to temptation, but I stopped myself and called up my doctor and asked if she could make a house call before I do anything irrational. She said she was going to pull up on me and she did. We worked on some new exercises and I thought the session was going well, but things took a turn that I wasn't expecting
