This was taken actually about 10 years ago in New Zealand in Queenstown. The jump is called Nevels Arc which was invented by the creator of Bungy Jump. This was a fucking ride! Drops you to a 300 ft free fall and then you swing out 900 feet across the canyon. Good Times!
