

Ramen egg marinade: 8-24 hr 2 eggs 30ml miran 30ml soy sauce 30ml water 1/2tsp sugar Method: Heat 2-4 in sauce or skillet pan heat till boiling then simmer for 1-2 min whisking a few times so sugar disolves. Let completely cool. Place soft boiled pealed eggs and marinade in baggie and soak for 8-24 hours.
